User Data Deletion

Overview

You can request deletion of Postmilstill account data (Google sign-in) and of Messenger identifiers we store from Facebook Page conversations. This page explains how.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize, where applicable:

• Your user profile (name, email, profile picture reference)
• OAuth account links (Google sign-in connection)
• Personal identifiers tied to your account

Public community contributions (ratings, comments, proposals) may be retained in anonymized form so archive integrity is preserved, unless law or moderation policy requires removal.

Facebook Messenger data

If you messaged one of our Facebook Pages, we may store a Page-scoped identifier (PSID), inbound snippets, and draft replies so an operator can review them. We do not auto-send Messenger replies. To request deletion of that Messenger data:

• Use Facebook's app data deletion flow (Meta POSTs to /api/facebook/data-deletion), or
• Reply STOP in the Page conversation to opt out of automated replies, or
• Contact the Postmilstill Facebook Page and include the Page you messaged so we can locate the PSID.

A successful Meta deletion callback returns a confirmation code. If you have a code from that request, it will appear as a ?code= query on this page.

How to request deletion

1. Sign out of Postmilstill if you are currently signed in.
2. Contact the Postmilstill site administrator through the project's public Facebook page or other official project channel.
3. Include the email address associated with your Google sign-in so we can locate your account.
4. We will confirm and process deletion within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days).
