User Data Deletion

Overview

If you signed in to Postmilstill with Facebook or Google, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data. This page explains how.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize, where applicable:

• Your user profile (name, email, profile picture reference)
• OAuth account links (Facebook / Google sign-in connection)
• Personal identifiers tied to your account

Public community contributions (ratings, comments, proposals) may be retained in anonymized form so archive integrity is preserved, unless law or moderation policy requires removal.

How to request deletion

1. Sign out of Postmilstill if you are currently signed in.
2. Contact the Postmilstill site administrator through the project's public Facebook page or other official project channel.
3. Include the email address associated with your sign-in provider (Facebook or Google) so we can locate your account.
4. We will confirm and process deletion within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days).

Facebook Login

If you used Facebook Login, you may also remove the app connection in Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → Postmilstill → Remove. Removing the app in Facebook disconnects sign-in but does not by itself delete data stored on Postmilstill; use the steps above for full account deletion.
